Bilingual Office Assistant (English & Spanish)
We are seeking a professional organized and bilingual Office Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will assist English- and Spanish-speaking clients manage administrative tasks answer phones and help maintain an efficient and welcoming office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in both English and Spanish
Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Perform data entry filing scanning and general administrative tasks
Assist with preparing documents emails and reports
Maintain office supplies and keep common areas organized
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Provide support to office staff and management as needed
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous office administrative or customer service experience preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish required
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional attitude and excellent customer service skills
