Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Full-Time Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking abilities excellent organizational skills and a good aptitude for math. This role will support various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

This position will be responsible for assisting various departments. The duties will grow with the position initial responsibilities may include tasks such as filing copying matching invoices sending emails data entry contacting customers regarding their accounts creating and maintaining spreadsheets and data as well as various other office duties as assigned.

This position is perfect for someone looking for a day time entry level office position wanting a Monday through Friday schedule. The position offers experience in different areas of Business Administration with opportunity for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare documents and reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Emailing customers regarding their accounts.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Some experience in an office or administrative role preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Good aptitude for math and analytical tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
