- Client Experience & Service: Manage inbound calls and emails answer inquiries resolve customer concerns promptly and foster long-term client relationships.
- Sales & Account Management: Provide estimates over the phone follow up on prospect inquiries and convert inquiries into recurring clients.
- Daily Operations: Handle scheduling manage customer accounts and billing data and help coordinate daily routes for cleaning technicians.
- Team Leadership & Quality Control: Assist with team management and conduct occasional field quality audits to maintain company standards.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate office records manage inventory supplies and support general small-business tasks.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years in an office administrative customer service or office management role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in basic computer software (e.g. Microsoft Office email scheduling database management).
- Leadership & Drive: Proven leadership skills with an ability to manage priorities problem-solve on the fly and keep a fast-paced environment organized.
- Sales Aptitude: Phone sales or customer retention experience is strongly preferred.
- Professional Demeanor: Positive attitude reliable detail-oriented and focused on teamwork.
- Stable Schedule: Enjoy predictable weekday daytime hoursno late nights or major weekend obligations.
