Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Greater Phoenix provides professional cleaning and restoration services for homes and businesses including carpet and floor cleaning upholstery cleaning tile and grout cleaning water damage restoration mold mitigation air duct cleaning and odor removal.
This position is responsible for customer communication scheduling job coordination recordkeeping and general office support. The role is primarily office-based but may include occasional local visits to customer properties or active job sites.
Answer calls texts emails and customer inquiries
Schedule and confirm appointments
Enter and maintain accurate customer and job information
Coordinate schedules and job updates with technicians and management
Follow up on leads estimates payments and customer questions
Assist with invoicing reporting files and office organization
Support emergency restoration calls and customer communication
Help maintain an organized calendar and efficient workflow
Complete occasional local site visits for documentation customer support or operational needs
Represent Voda professionally with customers vendors and team members
Qualifications
Administrative customer service scheduling dispatching or office experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professional phone and customer service presence
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with email Microsoft Office Word Excel and web-based systems
Dependable detail-oriented and able to work independently
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Comfortable occasionally visiting residential commercial and restoration job sites
