Office Administator

This opening at our clients dental office is designed as a temporary full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Thursday from 8:15am to 4:00pm and Fridays from 9:00am to 3:00pm. This role offers competitive pay with the starting pay rate determined by the experience level of the candidate selected.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with previous dental office experience who enjoys interacting with patients and helping maintain a smooth and professional office environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly practice and support daily operations while providing exceptional patient service.

Job Duties:

Answering incoming phone calls and directing inquiries appropriately
Greeting and checking in patients upon arrival
Providing administrative and front office support in a dental practice setting
Assisting with daily office operations and patient communications
Performing other office duties as assigned to support the team

Requirements:

Previous dental office experience required
