Summary

• Compiles and maintains records of business transactions and office activities of establishment by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Copies data and compiles records and reports.
• Reception of incoming calls and visitors.
• Maintain office filing systems: corporate equipment correspondence etc.
• Provide administrative support to management staff.
• Maintain front office appearance and cleanliness.
• Records orders for merchandise or service.
• Gives information to and interviews customers claimants employees and sales personnel.
• Prepares issues and sends out receipts bills policies invoices statements and checks.
• Prepares stock inventory.
• Adjusts complaints.
• Operates computer terminal to input and retrieve data.
• Opens and routes incoming mail answers correspondence and prepares outgoing mail.
• Purchases supplies.

• Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills

• Knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office software and Windows operating system. Experience with ERP and/or accounting software packages.
