Job Summary
Premier Therapy is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Bethlehem this onsite role youll help residents build independence and safety through individualized hands-on occupational therapy
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering treatment interventions and modalities under the supervising OT
- Supporting ADLs functional mobility and adaptive equipment training
- Documenting clearly in the EMR and keeping plans of care current
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team and communicating with residents/families
Required:
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Pennsylvania
- Experience in geriatric and/or skilled nursing settings
- Strong interpersonal communication resident-centered mindset and comfort with documentation software
