Kace Premier Medical Talent is recruiting an Occupational Therapy Assistant for a permanent placement opportunity in Alameda California. Support patients in improving daily function and independence under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities:
Implement treatment interventions within the Occupational Therapists established plan of care.
Assist patients with daily living activities therapeutic exercises and adaptive strategies.
Observe patient responses and communicate progress or concerns to the supervising therapist.
Reinforce patient and caregiver education.
Complete accurate treatment documentation and collaborate with the rehabilitation team.
Follow applicable supervision requirements and professional scope of practice.

Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy assistant program.
Current California OTA license or eligibility to obtain licensure before starting.
Strong communication organization and documentation skills.
Ability to provide patient-centered care under OT supervision.
