Occupational TherapistStarting at 75000Small Steps is excited to offer a unique hybrid role which will provide occupational therapy services across both our outpatient clinics and ABA programs. This model creates meaningful collaboration across disciplines while supporting children in a variety of therapeutic environments. Rather than working in silos our clinicians partner closely to develop cohesive functional and family-centered treatment plans that honor each childs strengths interests and approach is built on mentorship collaboration and the belief that every clinician brings unique expertise to the team.
