Integrated Talent Strategies is looking for a full-time permanent Occupational Therapist for a permanent 36-40hour weekposition in a hospital-based outpatient setting working with adults and some pediatrics. This role will provide full healthcare benefits a 401k and annual profit sharing.
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a full-time permanent this role you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on patients lives by helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life. You will work in a supportive and collaborative environment alongside a team of healthcare professionals.
- Provide comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients needs.
- Develop personalized treatment plans to address individual patient goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and equipment to aid patient recovery.
- Educate patients and their families on strategies to improve daily living skills.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.
- Ability to work with both geriatrics and pediatrics in a hospital setting.
