About the Role
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist for a contract opportunity within the Cherokee Nation region. This role supports therapy services and focuses on helping patients improve functional independence daily living skills mobility safety and overall quality of life.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Provide therapy interventions to improve ADLs functional mobility strength coordination and independence
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical needs
Educate patients caregivers and care teams on therapy goals safety and home or work adaptations
Document therapy services accurately and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
Requirements
Active Occupational Therapist License Required
Occupational therapy experience preferred
Strong patient assessment treatment planning and documentation skills required
Ability to work independently and manage a therapy caseload effectively
Must be flexible and able to support contract assignment needs
