Qualifications :

• Graduate from an accredited college with an AOTA curriculum.
• 1.5 Years hands-on experience in Upper extremity
• New grad OTs interested in hand and upper extremities welcome
• Current AZ license and CPR certification.
• Outgoing and energetic personality.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone who enters the clinic.

Additional Information :

• Compensation:  New grad OTs in mentorship program range is $72 - $75K
• OTs with 1-2 years of hand experience:  $78K - $82K
• CHTs - $90 - 95K
• Lucrative Sign-on bonus upon CHT certification
