What Youll Do
The Occupational Therapist is a key part of our Care Center team helping residents maximize independence and quality of life through personalized therapy our community-centered residence (built in 2020) youll work with no more than 54 residents in a supportive above-average-rated facility that takes pride in providing exceptional care.
- Develop and carry out individualized treatment plans to help residents improve or maintain daily living skills.
- Teach adaptive techniques and introduce equipment that supports participation in activities.
- Monitor and document resident progress adjusting treatment as needed.
- Provide therapy following evidence-based traditional practices in line with Rehabilitation Services standards.
- Deliver care in a long-term care setting collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team.

Who Were Looking For
- Must have obtained a bachelors masters or doctorate degree in occupational therapy at a college or university which has been accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association or be scheduled for the board examination.
- Must have current license with State of CO.
- CurrentBLS (CPR) certification upon initial hire and must maintain through GRHD employment.
- Practical experience obtained from previous experience in all aspects of occupational therapy; working experience in a long term care setting preferred.
- Ability to maintain good working relationships both within the department and with the other departments.

Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors including a candidates qualifications skills competencies and experience.
