Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) with pediatric experience to join a reputable school district in Federal Way WA. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your occupational therapy expertise while supporting students with diverse physical and developmental this role you will provide therapy and rehabilitation services that empower students to participate more fully in school-based tasks when their abilities are impacted by health conditions. Youll work closely with the IEP team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans using therapeutic interventions that promote functional independence in the classroom.

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments to determine student functional needs and set developmentally appropriate goals
Reassess progress regularly and adjust therapy plans to optimize outcomes
Document evaluations goals and treatment plans in accordance with school standards
Select and utilize materials and equipment safely and efficiently to support therapy goals
Perform all responsibilities with professionalism care and a student-centered mindset

Requirements
Active state license as an Occupational Therapist
Current BLS/CPR certification
At least 6 months of relevant OT experience within the past 5 years
