Rates:$70 - $95 per visit depending on experience PLUSmileageand travel time

As a Home Health Occupational Therapistheresa big-picture view of whatyoulldo:

• Provide occupational therapy to patients unable to perform daily tasks due to an illness or injury
• Work as part of a home health team which may include an RN LPN CNA HHA PT and SLP focused on the patients plan of care and personal goals
• Assess patientobservedeficits establish therapygoalsand document progress
• Assistpatient with exercises to improve fine motor skills and coordination
• Suggest adaptive equipment such as grab bars and shower chairs to offer added support
• Assess fall risks and introduce strategies to improve home safety
• Educate patient and family on plan of care exercisesgoalsand self-care

A few must-haves for Home Health Occupational Therapists:

• Currentlicensure or certification as anOccupational Therapist (OT)in the state of Arizona.
• Graduate of an accreditedOccupational Therapistprogram
• CPR Certification (demonstration course required)
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Experience in home health preferred
• No Covid Vaccination Required
