Status: Part-Time (Part timeMinimum Expectation of 5 visits or 10 hours per week)
Rates:$70 - $95 per visit depending on experience PLUSmileageand travel time

As a Home Health Occupational Therapistheresa big-picture view of whatyoulldo:
- Provide occupational therapy to patients unable to perform daily tasks due to an illness or injury
- Work as part of a home health team which may include an RN LPN CNA HHA PT and SLP focused on the patients plan of care and personal goals
- Assess patientobservedeficits establish therapygoalsand document progress
- Assistpatient with exercises to improve fine motor skills and coordination
- Suggest adaptive equipment such as grab bars and shower chairs to offer added support
- Assess fall risks and introduce strategies to improve home safety
- Educate patient and family on plan of care exercisesgoalsand self-care
A few must-haves for Home Health Occupational Therapists:
- Currentlicensure or certification as anOccupational Therapist (OT)in the state of Arizona.
- Graduate of an accreditedOccupational Therapistprogram
- CPR Certification (demonstration course required)
- Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Experience in home health preferred
- No Covid Vaccination Required
