- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide skilled OT interventions focused on improving independence and function
- Address activities of daily living mobility strength coordination and safety
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Communicate with patients families caregivers and the interdisciplinary team
- Collaborate with PT PTA SLP nursing and other healthcare professionals
- Current Missouri Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Strong clinical communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
