Full-time salary options of $75000$85000 with signing & retention bonuses of $10000- additional hourly and employment options also available depending on position and schedule.

Health Vision Insurance Paid 100% with an HSA Contribution up to $2200 annually- an estimated $6190.00 annual employer contribution based on 2027 rates.

120 Hours of PTO 7 Paid Holidays- plus an additional 8 hours of PTO for each year of employment up to ten years.

Retirement Contribution- SIMPLE IRA with company match of up to 3% and immediate vesting- up to approximately $2550.

Continuing Education Included- CSTC pursues grant funding each year to expand professional development opportunities and offers a paid annual membership.

Wellness Membership Included- monthly VASA membership paid by CSTC after 90 days.
