Job Summary
We are seeking a Limited Term Generalist Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient regional clinic in Federal Way. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team of physical therapists and speech-language pathologists.
Our OT team provides individualized family-centered services to help children improve occupational performance participation and independence across daily activities. Services may address a variety of pediatric needs including fine motor and visual-motor skills self-care and activities of daily living sensory processing and regulation feeding upper extremity function splinting and developmental skills. The OT will collaborate with patients families caregivers and interdisciplinary treatment teams to develop meaningful goals and strategies that support functional outcomes and participation at home school and in the community.
We are looking for an OT who has experience with or an interest in developing skills in sensory-based feeding strategies basic splinting and the treatment of a variety of common pediatric conditions.
This is a limited-term position and offers a great opportunity to share your clinical experience while continuing to expand your pediatric skill set. You will be joining a supportive team-focused environment where collaboration learning and professional growth are highly valued.
Required Education and ExperienceBachelors Degree in occupational therapy from accredited university.
Required Credentials
Current Washington State license to practice as an occupational
Preferred
Masters or Doctorate Degree in occupational in acute care pediatric occupational therapy.
Compensation Range
$48.13 - $72.20 per hourSalary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity skills experience and expertise and may vary within the range provided.
