Job Summary
Monday - Friday One weekend day per month throughout their contract.
Minimum of 1 year OT at Acute Hospital
BLS IN state license NBCOT
Manual Therapy Lymphedema certifications/licenses preferred.
Cerner Experience preferred
Inpatient acute care rehab team of 19 professionals. Expect to see patients in all levels of acuity from ICU to progressive care units with diagnoses of CABG & other cardiac procedures stroke TBI joint replacement fracture repairs respiratory illnesses dementia MS Parkinson ambulation etc. OT is expected to evaluate develop and follow POC that may include ADL training therapeutic exercises therapeutic activities to improve function and asses appropriateness of discharge disposition recommendations on daily basis.
