Our clientEasterseals Crossroadsis seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Childrens Therapy Services team. At Easterseals Crossroads youll join a supportive interdisciplinary team committed to helping children achieve greater independence and quality of life. What Youll Be Doing:
As an Occupational Therapist you will provide evaluation and ongoing therapy services to pediatric consumers in clinic home and community-based settings. You will partner closely with families and other professionals to support each childs development and independence.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Conducting evaluations; developing treatment diagnoses goals and plans
  • Providing direct OT interventions
  • Collaborating with families on home programming and transition planning
  • Fabricating or recommending adaptive equipment and assistive devices
  • Managing a clinical caseload and maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Communicating with service coordinators and stakeholders
  • Participating in multidisciplinary meetings trainings and professional development.

What Theyre Looking For:
  • Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
  • National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification
  • Active Indiana OT license through the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA)
  • Pediatric and developmental disabilities experience preferred
  • Ability to travel between work locations as required.
  • Strong knowledge of typical and atypical child development
  • Ability to plan adapt and modify environments and materials
  • Experience using evidence-based interventions
  • Effective communication with children families and professionals
  • Strong organization and documentation skills
  • Comfort working in active hands-on therapy environments.
