Occupational Therapist Home Health Full-time

Position Summary:
As an Occupational Therapist youll blend innovation with compassionate care by incorporating AI-powered documentation tools into your practice. This role allows you to focus on helping patients regain independence while improving the accuracy and efficiency of your documentation.

• Provide occupational therapy sessions centered on patient functionality and goals.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor of Science inOccupationalTherapy required.

• Two (2) years of experience asaOccupationalTherapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.

Certifications Licenses and Registrations

• Active and unencumberedOccupationalTherapist license in state(s) of employment required.

• Required within 30 days of hire - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
