Job Summary
Boothby Therapy Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school-based position in Royalton Vermont. This is a full-time position for the 2026-2027 school year supporting students in a public school / special education setting.

- Hours: Full-Time
- Pay: $40$50 per hour (based on experience)
- Setting: School-based / Public school (K12)
- Provide school-based occupational therapy services to students
- Conduct OT evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement IEP (Individualized Education Program) goals
- Deliver direct therapy (individual and small group sessions)
- Support students with:
- Fine motor skills and handwriting
- Sensory processing and sensory integration
- Executive functioning and organization
- Activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Collaborate with teachers special education staff PTs and SLPs
- Recommend accommodations adaptive equipment and assistive technology
- Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions
- Maintain documentation progress notes and compliance records
- Active Vermont Occupational Therapist license (required)
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelors Masters or OTD)
- Experience or interest in pediatrics school-based therapy or special education
- Strong communication organization and teamwork skills
