Occupational Therapist

Boothby Therapy Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school-based position in Royalton Vermont. This is a full-time position for the 2026-2027 school year supporting students in a public school / special education setting.

• Hours: Full-Time
• Pay: $40$50 per hour (based on experience)
• Setting: School-based / Public school (K12)

• Provide school-based occupational therapy services to students
• Conduct OT evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement IEP (Individualized Education Program) goals
• Deliver direct therapy (individual and small group sessions)
• Support students with:
  • Fine motor skills and handwriting
  • Sensory processing and sensory integration
  • Executive functioning and organization
  • Activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Collaborate with teachers special education staff PTs and SLPs
• Recommend accommodations adaptive equipment and assistive technology
• Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions
• Maintain documentation progress notes and compliance records

• Active Vermont Occupational Therapist license (required)
• Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelors Masters or OTD)
• Experience or interest in pediatrics school-based therapy or special education
• Strong communication organization and teamwork skills
