Your role will include:

• Evaluatingeach patients functional abilities and needs then developing individualized therapy plans in coordination with physicians and the care team.
• Deliveringskilled evidence-based interventions that promote healing independence and quality of life through purposeful compassionate care.
• Monitoringpatient progress adjusting plans as needed and ensuring thoroughtimelydocumentation that reflects quality outcomes.
• Educatingpatients and families to build understanding confidence and engagement throughout recovery and beyond.
• Collaboratingwith interdisciplinary partners to ensure seamless transitions of care safe environments and exceptional patient experiences.
• Leadingby exampleproviding guidance to therapy assistants or students and upholding Healthcares mission values and commitment to excellence.

What qualifications you will need:

• 1 years of Occupational Therapist preferred. *However would be open to any experience.
• State Licensed Occupational Therapist Required
• Vocational School Graduate Required
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
