Job Summary

Job Position: Occupational Therapist
Duration: Contract
Location: Fulton MO

Responsibilities:

Assess and develop interventions for mitigation of fall risks and adaptive equipment including but not limited to the following:

Assess functional mobility to determine needs for mobility equipment
Notify FSH of equipment needed
Provide consumer/caregiver education on appropriate use and safety with adaptive equipment
Other interventions to mitigate fall risks as recommended

Provide additional OT assessments and interventions including but not limited to those related to:

Activities of daily living/self-care
Fine motor coordination
Generalized weakness
Muscle re-education
Pain management
