• Hours:Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

What Your Day Looks Like:The Home Health Department provides assessment intervention and treatment to patients in their homes.Therapy care is based on the individual therapy needs outlined by the patient care plan and in physician orders.

As an Occupational Therapist you will be:

• Developing and implementing treatment plans that lead to optimal patient outcomes
• Communicatingeffectively with patients care team members physicians and others
• Focusing on job related objectives and following through in a timely manner even if involved in multiple daily responsibilities
• Writing clear concise legible documentation that includes appropriate information for care planning
• Preparing and maintaining equipment and supplies and following procedures to obtain charge and restock equipment and supplies as needed

Qualifications

• Education:Completion of aOccupational Therapy program with a Masters or Doctorate Degree from an accredited institution
• Skills: Patient care problem-solving customer service and listening skills
• Licensure/Certification:Current Missouri Occupational Therapy License
• Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of standing and walking ability to lift push and pull up to 50 lbs. with patient and/or equipment assistance ability to carry up to 35 lbs.
