If you are looking for a rewarding career where your expertise is valued and your professional growth is supported we want to hear from you!Your Key ResponsibilitiesImpactful Care Delivery: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and design customized transformative treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each program Therapy: Administer cutting-edge occupational therapy programs continually adapting and updating approaches to maximize participant outcomes and caseload Leadership: Serve as a core member of our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team collaborating seamlessly with physicians families consultants and community & Supervision: Direct and inspire assigned staff and Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTAs). You will play a key role in professional development including onboarding training and performance of Care: Establish timely home exercise programs and conduct home evaluations to ensure a smooth transition and long-term success for & Documentation: Maintain precise timely documentation and weekly schedules in accordance with department standards licensing requirements and strict ethics of You Bring to the TeamEducation & ExperienceDegree: Bachelors Degree in Occupational : Minimum of one (1) year of experience in human : One (1) year of specialized experience in Licenses and RegistrationsActive Occupational Therapist License (OT/L) in good standing in the state of member in good standing with the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).Additional RequirementsAbility to travel as needed to support participant home Demands & Work EnvironmentPhysical Strength: This position involves heavy work requiring the exertion of up to 100 pounds of force occasionally up to 50 pounds frequently and/or up to 20 pounds constantly to safely move objects and support with Disabilities Act (ADA) StatementExternal and internal applicants as well as position incumbents who become disabled must be able to perform the essential job functions either unaided or with the assistance of a reasonable accommodation to be determined on a case-by-case basis via the interactive process.
