You will play a key role in professional development including onboarding training and performance of Care: Establish timely home exercise programs and conduct home evaluations to ensure a smooth transition and long-term success for & Documentation: Maintain precise timely documentation and weekly schedules in accordance with department standards licensing requirements and strict ethics of You Bring to the Team:Education & Experience:Degree: Bachelors Degree in Occupational : Minimum of one (1) year of experience in human : One (1) year of specialized experience in Licenses and Registrations:Active Occupational Therapist License (OT/L) in good standing in the state of member in good standing with the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).Additional Requirements:Ability to travel as needed to support participant home Demands & Work Environment:Physical Strength: This position involves heavy work requiring the exertion of up to 100 pounds of force occasionally up to 50 pounds frequently and/or up to 20 pounds constantly to safely move objects and support you would like to learn more about this role apply to our job post!
