Position Overview

Full-scope obstetrics and gynecology including prenatal and postpartum care labor and delivery preventive care office procedures minimally invasive surgery major gynecologic surgery and robotic-assisted procedures. Ability to work with residents is preferred.

Typical Weekly Schedule

• 24/7 OB hospitalists coverage.
• Day Call 1x a week 7a-5p. No assigned primary evening or weekend call; Physicians participate in shared back-up call rotation.
• Approximately 3 3.5 office days per week
• At least one-half day of dedicated OR time with ability to add cases on call day.

Advanced OB/GYN is a practice of five OB/GYNs serving a growing community with strong demand for womens healthcare services. Physicians benefit from an exceptional balance of clinic surgery and obstetrics with approximately 3-3.5 office days per week dedicated OR time and an equitable share of obstetrical volume. A highly supportive model featuring 24/7 OB hospitalist coverage and only one weekday daytime call shift per week allows our physicians to enjoy a sustainable practice while focusing on delivering outstanding patient care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Eligible for South Carolina medical licensure
