About the Practice
For over 25 years UNC Womens Health at Eden has provided comprehensive Obstetric and Gynecologic care to the northerncentral North Carolina community. The practice currently includes two OB/GYNs one nurse practitioner and a dedicated clinical staff.

Position Highlights

• Scheduling options: Flexible full-time part-time and per-diem positions
• Call: 1:5 - 1:6 target schedule supported by dedicated per diem coverage (actual schedule may vary call is designed to be sustainable and attractive)
• Work mix: Approximately 50% Obstetrics and 50% Gynecology; 10 deliveries per month per provider

• Recognition: UNC Health Rockinghams birthing center was rated High Performing for maternity care in 2025 by U.S. News & World Report

Compensation & Benefits(full-time)

Qualifications

• MD or DO North Carolina medical license or eligible
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG or AOA)
• Must meet credentialing criteria for UNC Rockingham medical staff
