Capital Medical Group (CMG)formerly known as GW Medical Faculty Associates is seeking a full-time OBGYN to join our growing Womens Health team in Washington DC. This opportunity is ideal for new or experienced OBGYNs to work in a supportive academic environment where education is a priority. Providers enjoy a balanced mix of obstetrics and gynecology a collaborative multidisciplinary team and autonomy with how they approach patient care. Position Overview

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Schedule / Hours: Enjoy a balanced practice model with approximately 2 days in clinic 1 day in the Operation Room (OR) and only 1-2 12 hour Labor & Delivery shifts per month
• Call: Divided between providers weekends and holidays shared; with a day off post call
• Patient Volume: Varies
• Location: Capital Medical Group; Foggy Bottom Washington DC
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic and George Washington Hospital
• Support/Care Team: Practice has 33 physicians 5 midwives 7 APPs with MAs and RNs in clinic
• EMR / Technology: Epic

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care for adolescents through geriatric patients
• Conduct annual wellness exams and preventive womens health visits
• Evaluate diagnose and manage common gynecologic and obstetric conditions
• Collaborate with physicians midwives APPs nurses residents and medical students to support patients
• Educate medical students and residents - train the next generation of physicians
• Deliver patient-centered care in a nationally recognized academic practice
• Document clinical encounters using Epic EMR

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Base Salary: $260K-$310K range dependent on experience and practice scope

Required Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible OBGYN
• Passion for womens healthcare and patient-centered medicine
• Active or eligible Washington DC medical license
