Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar Missouri is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN to join our growing Medical Staff.

CMHs new Birth Place opened in April 2026 - 9 LDRP rooms a dedicated C-section suite and purpose-built OB triage suites with a beautiful new nursery. If youre looking for a full-scope OB/GYN practice with a 4-day week 1:5 call and a facility that was just built with direction from the OBGYNs this is worth reading.

The Opportunity

Youll join a team of four OB/GYNs in a well-established practice with a strong regional referral base. The CMH OB/GYN Clinic sits directly across the street from the brand new hospital and the Surgery Center for easy access.

• Full-scope OB/GYN practice outpatient
• 4-day workweek
• 1:5 call rotation supported by a 24/7 nurse triage line
• Da Vinci Xi robotic system on-site
• EMR: Meditech Expanse AI Scribe: Suki
• New Birth Place (opened April 2026): 9 LDRP rooms 2 OB triage rooms dedicated C-section suite recovery room beautiful large newborn nursery
• Updated and expanded hospital surgery department with all new pre and post op areas including 4^th OR suite to be completed by May 2027
• 6 Outpatient OR suites in Douglas Medical Center

Compensation is structured to retain engaged physicians:

• 18-month guaranteed salary with RVU bonus model above median with exceptional earning potential
