Job Summary
The Oaks of Clearwater is seeking aFull-Time Maintenance Tech/HVAC for our Senior Living Community in downtown Clearwater FL. Our 15 acre campus is on a bluff overlooking Clearwater Bay. We have Independent Living Assisted Living Memory Care and a 60 bed Rehab Center. This position will focus on the Assisted Living & Memory Care.

Ideal candidate must be outgoing and personable & having prior Senior Living experience is a plus but not required. Applicants with experience in senior living will be considered first.

Qualifications
Must have experience in a residential environment preferably a full service Senior Living Community; HVAC Electrical Plumbing Commercial Appliances and Apartment make ready experience is a must.

SUMMARY: Maintain heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment; to perform repairs and preventive maintenance on refrigeration systems evaporative coolers electrical/mechanical controls kitchen appliances general plumbing throughout assigned facility including the skills to make an apartment move in ready.
