SITE - Blodgett Hospital - 1840 Wealthy St SE- Grand Rapids

Schedule: Full time 36 hrs. 5:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Variable days and every other weekend.

• Prepare and present a variety of food items across retail stations including salad bar deli dessert coolers and hot entrée areas

• Portion package label and date products in compliance with food safety and organizational standards

• Deliver exceptional customer service while processing transactions via cash credit card and badge systems including team member dine-and-deduct

• Accurately manage cash handling procedures including balancing and closing tills

• Prepare made-to-order items such as deli sandwiches while maintaining speed and quality standards

• Oversee breakfast beverage stations by restocking brewing coffee preparing espresso beverages and maintaining cleanliness of equipment
