We are seeking a Nutrition Program Manager is responsible for administration of the Nutrition Program to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated service system.

What youll do:

  • Plan and develop initiatives to optimize Nutrition Program operations; implement initiatives to provide a vibrant community program
  • Provide oversight and direction to assigned staff. Participate in the recruitment training and evaluation of program staff
  • Prepare and submit all reports as required by funding sources and OCES
  • Ensure quality of nutrition program in accordance with established policies and procedures; ensure program integrity and regulatory compliance
  • Participate in contracting processes with caterer(s)
  • Participate in grant application and budget development processes. Ensure program integrity and regulatory compliance
  • Participate in and oversee the Nutrition billing process
  • Attend and participate with other Nutrition Program Managers at network and statewide meetings
  • Participate in public outreach/education activities
  • Other duties as assigned

  • BS/BA Degree from an accredited college/ university; Masters preferred
  • Previous management and/or supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to travel and reliable means of transportation.
