Nursing Supervisor

A healthcare facility in Glendive Montana is looking for an experienced Nursing Supervisor to join its team! This is a full-time permanent opportunity in Acute Care with a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.

Pay: $36.63-$55.00/hour Sign-On and Relocation Assistance Available!

Nursing Supervisor Position:

• Full-time permanent position within Acute Care
  
• Night shift 3x12-hour shifts
  
• Oversee daily operations and help ensure safe high-quality patient care
  
• Develop and implement patient care plans policies and procedures
  
• Coordinate shift assignments provide support to nursing staff and help maintain smooth unit operations
  
• Provide leadership and oversight across multiple departments including the ER ICU Behavioral Health Med-Surg Labor & Delivery and Transitional Care
  

Nursing Supervisor Qualifications:

• Active RN license
  
• Current BLS certification; ACLS required within the first year
  
• Bachelors degree in Nursing or a related field preferred
  
• At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience
  
• Previous leadership experience such as serving as a charge nurse or team lead with responsibility for patient care and staff performance
