Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nursing Home Administrator to lead our skilled nursing facility in Savannah MO. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational leadership a commitment to quality care and the ability to foster a supportive high-performing team environment. This role oversees the full scope of facility operations including financial management regulatory compliance staff development and resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Direct all daily operations of the facility
Ensure compliance with state federal and company standards
Lead mentor and develop department managers and staff
Maintain strong relationships with residents families and community partners
Oversee budgeting financial planning and census development
Drive quality improvement efforts and support positive survey outcomes
Qualifications:
Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in Missouri
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator
Strong understanding of long-term care regulations and best practices
Proven leadership communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage operations financial performance and staff success
