Nursing Home Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead a skilled nursing facility in the Plymouth CT area. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience in long-term care strong operational management skills and a commitment to providing exceptional resident care.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the nursing home while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations

• Provide leadership support and mentorship to staff fostering a positive workplace culture

• Manage budgets staffing and facility resources to meet organizational goals

• Ensure the highest standards of resident care safety and satisfaction

• Build positive relationships with residents families staff and community partners

Qualifications:

• Current Connecticut Nursing Home Administrator license (LNHA)

• Leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities

• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance reimbursement and best practices in elder care

• Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills
