2. **Staff Management:**

3. **Resident Care:**
- Ensure the provision of compassionate and person-centered care to residents.

4. **Budget and Financial Management:**
- Develop and manage the nursing home budget ensuring financial sustainability.
- Monitor expenses identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
5. **Quality Assurance:**
- Implement quality assurance programs to assess and improve the overall quality of care and services.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with established standards.
6. **Community Engagement:**
- Build positive relationships with residents families and the local community.
- Actively participate in community events and outreach initiatives to enhance the nursing homes reputation.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Current state licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursing home or long-term care facility.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
