Job Summary
Seeking an experienced and compassionate Nursing Home Administrator to lead a skilled nursing facility on Chicagos Northside. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills regulatory knowledge and a passion for ensuring high-quality care for residents. This role requires a hands-on leader who can foster a positive culture drive operational excellence and support staff in delivering exceptional resident experiences.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the facility ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
Provide leadership and support to department heads and staff
Develop and implement policies to maintain high standards of care and service
Manage budgets resources and staffing to meet organizational goals
Build strong relationships with residents families and the community
Qualifications:
Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in Illinois
Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing administration
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations compliance and reimbursement
Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills
Commitment to resident-centered care and team development
