Lincoln Tech is looking for a Nursing Education Clinical Manager who will be a part of the schools management team and coordinate the clinical component of the nursing program. Your goal would be to accomplish the programs objectives and support the organizations mission all while upholding the schools highest standards of quality ethics and integrity.

Responsibilities forNursing Clinical Manager

• Ensure that the schools operations are in compliance with government accreditation and company policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinical sites
• Conduct clinical site visits observations and surveys and review the results with relevant parties
• Assist with faculty recruitment orientation professional development and evaluation
• Ensure that all instructors are present and provisions are made for clinical faculty absences
• Schedule faculty and students for all clinical experiences
• Manage and ensure satisfactory student progress through the clinical rotations and Skill lab process

Requirementsfor Nursing Clinical Manager

• BSN required MSN a plus!
• Minimum 2 years of clinical education experience.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification and required immunizations.
• Valid drivers license.
• Current NJ State RN License
