Nursery Attendant

The Nursery Attendant

• Attends to plays with and supervises children and their activities ages 8 weeks to 14 years.
• Ensures the safety and well-being of children in the nursery and playland areas at all times.
• Enforces childrens policies including sick policy guidelines while children are in the nursery.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the nursery including the bathroom and play areas.
• Monitors children continuously and responds appropriately to their needs.
• Contacts parents when necessary including when diaper changes are required.
• Ensures toys books and equipment are safe and appropriate for use.
• Follows and enforces all club policies and procedures.

Education: Minimum 2 years of high school education required. Work permit required if under 18 years of age.

Experience: None required.

Licensure Certification and/or Registration: None required. Life Support: AHA BLS-HCP certification (adult and infant/child) required.

Other Minimum Qualifications: Strong communication skills.

Compensation Range:

Employee pay is based on a variety of factors including qualifications credentials education and prior work experience. The compensation range does not include benefits or pension plan.
