A full-time Nurse Practitioner position is now available with Liberty Healthcares team at DHCI a highly rated skilled nursing facility located in Smyrna Delaware.

What youll do

  • Provide primary care to a case load of approximately forty patients
  • Round on units daily and evaluate patients
  • Conduct examinations perform diagnostic tests provide preventive care develop and manage treatment plans for acute and chronic diseases and prescribe medications
  • Provide consultation and health education to nursing and ancillary staff
  • Collaborate with the facilitys onsite Medical Director other Nurse Practitioners RNs and ancillary staff
  • Actively participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings

What you can expect

  • Salary range of $110000 to $120000 (depending on qualifications)

  • Monday through Friday workweek
  • Daytime hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
