Job Summary

Overview:

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care and occupational health services onsite at a client location in San Carlos California. This contract role offers an opportunity to deliver quality care to a member population in a supportive well-established clinical environment working full shifts on weekdays.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide primary care and occupational health services onsite

Deliver patient care during scheduled shift hours

Collaborate with the onsite clinical team to maintain continuity of care

Document patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner

Schedule and Shift Details:

Weekday shifts from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with a 60-minute meal break. Full shifts are required for the duration of the contract term.

November 16 2026 - December 23 2026

Requirements

Required

1 years of experience in ANY of the following: Primary Care; Pediatric Care; Care Management

1 years of experience in ANY of the following: Occupational Health; Occupational Medicine

Masters degree or higher

Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in California (CA)
