Position: Nurse Practitioner Primary Care
Shift: Full Time 40 hours/week. Monday - Friday Day shift. No weekends or holidays!
Experience:
1. Two (2) years experience as Nurse Practitioner Required in a Primary Care Setting.
2. A minimum of two years nursing experience in specific clinical area preferred.
3. Demonstrated ability to work independently in an interdisciplinary environment.
4. New to practice Providers cannot be considered at this time.
Education:
1. Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program required.
2. MSN required.
Licensures/Certifications:
1. BLS Certification by American Heart Association preferred upon hire required in timeframe specified in CPR (BLS)/ALS/PALS Policy
2. Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing Examiners as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner.
3. May require PALS (pediatric advanced life support).
4. Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff office with temporary or permanent privileges approved.
