Job Summary

An established multi-specialty medical practice is seeking a compassionate and experienced GYN Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing womens health team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive gynecological and reproductive healthcare services while delivering exceptional patient-centered care in a professional outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine gynecological examinations and annual wellness visits
Perform Pap smears pelvic exams and STI testing
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic womens health conditions
Provide contraceptive counseling and family planning services
Educate patients regarding pregnancy menopause preventive care and reproductive health
Order and interpret lab work imaging and diagnostic tests
Develop and manage treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and clinical staff
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR)
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and healthcare regulations

Qualifications

Masters or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license
Womens Health NP certification preferred
Experience in OB/GYN or Womens Health preferred
Strong clinical communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
EMR/EHR experience preferred
