Nurse Midwives

Job summary

As a certified Nurse Midwife you will provide comprehensive prenatal intrapartum and postpartum care ensuring that every family feels supported and empowered throughout their journey.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide prenatal intrapartum and postpartum care to expectant mothers.
• Assess the health status of mother and baby throughout pregnancy.
• Monitor and assist during labor and delivery.
• Provide education and support to mothers on topics such as breastfeeding nutrition and newborn care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
• Counsel and support families through the childbirth process.

Essential Qualifications:

• Completion of a Bachelors degree in Nursing or Midwifery.
• Valid Midwifery license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Midwife.
• Experience in providing care to a diverse population of women.
• Knowledge of current best practices in midwifery.
