Job Summary
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Philadelphia PA Home Care office as a Clinical Manager. Our team provides best-in-class care to adult clients throughout Philadelphia County.

As a Clinical Manager youll support a team of nurses while helping ensure exceptional care for our clients in the comfort of their homes.
- Base salary: $85000-$90000/yr based off qualifications

- Lead inspire and motivate nursing staff to provide exceptional care.
- Visit adult clients and conduct clinical assessments throughout Philadelphia County.
- Develop individualized care plans and oversee their implementation.
- Supervise coach and support nursing staff in the field.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for new nurses.
- Participate in the training mentoring and development of new and tenured nurses.
- Coordinate and/or deliver in-services and ongoing education for field staff.
- Serve as a clinical resource for nurses clients and families.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience.
- Medical-surgical experience required.
- Home care experience preferred.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
- Strong clinical judgment communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Philadelphia County.
