Were hiring a Nurse Manager who wants weekday leadership hours meaningful behavioral health work and the opportunity to lead nursing care within a 50-bed crisis stabilization program.
Youll step into a clinical leadership role overseeing nursing operations staff development patient safety quality improvement and care for individuals experiencing acute psychiatric and behavioral health crises. Youll work alongside psychiatrists therapists case managers and nursing staff while helping maintain a safe effective and patient-centered inpatient environment.

What makes you a great fit
You hold a current Florida RN license or are eligible for licensure
You have 35 years of behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience
You have strong leadership or supervisory experience
Inpatient psychiatry crisis stabilization or acute behavioral health experience is strongly preferred
BSN preferred
Youre confident working with high-acuity psychiatric populations crisis intervention and de-escalation
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $37$44 per hour
PTO: 26 days to start increasing to 44 days with tenure
