Were looking for compassionate CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Critical Care team at Deaconess Illinois Medical Center. As part of our dedicated care team youll provide safe patient-centered care while working in a collaborative and supportive environment where your skills truly matter.
Job Overview:
Qualifications/Education:
- Valid CNA certification in the state of Illinois.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate patient-focused and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
Compensation:
Hourly Range - $18.00-$27.00
Licenses/Certificates:
Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) or Red Cross BLS certification required upon hire.
Certification in the State of Illinois required.

Incentives:
Eligible for evening/night weekend shift incentive based on company policies and applicable job codes. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.
