A new high-volume restaurant in Hialeah is hiring an entire kitchen team for its opening.

We are seeking experienced candidates for multiple positions including:

• Executive Chef / Kitchen Manager
• Sous Chef
• Kitchen Supervisor
• Grill Cook
• Line Cook
• Prep Cook
• Fry Cook
• Pantry / Cold Station
• Dishwasher
• Kitchen Utility / Cleaning

We are looking for dependable hardworking individuals who understand the importance of quality speed consistency cleanliness teamwork and food safety.

Experience in high-volume restaurants steakhouses grills Latin restaurants or similar fast-paced kitchens is highly desirable.

Management and supervisory candidates should have experience with kitchen operations staff supervision scheduling inventory food cost control ordering training sanitation and maintaining consistent food quality.

Flexible schedules are available depending on the position. Candidates must be available for restaurant operating hours including nights and weekends.
